1. Is it save?
Of course safe for the following reasons:

• We never save your passwords because we use TWITTER API 1.1
• Unlike other applications where you have to follow a lot of people before you are followed, in our application when your account follow another account, your account definitely get a follow back directly.
• Each time your automatically follow other accounts, it will get follow back immediately
• We do not sell follower, so there is no condition where your account follow another account without getting follow back
• We never write any status on your behalf
• We make sure that your account applied twitter following ratio to prevent your account got suspended by twitter, If you still got suspended, it's caused by other application you registered in


2. Why I need to login to twitter first before signing up to this application?
To assure you that we are NOT KEEP YOUR PASSWORD


3. I do not mind follow each other, but I still want to be able to see updates from certain twitter accounts, how?
You can create lists which contains the accounts that you want to monitor, for example a 'family list', 'artist list', 'gossip list', 'news list' and others. You can enter certain accounts without having to follow them, eg 'celebrity list', without following the celebrities, so your following ratio unchanged :)


4. Why my twitter account automatically follow, tweet, and retweet?
• Your Account follow because the system automatically follow each other (you get a follower but you also have to follow other account, every time you automatically follow other account, your account will be instantly get a follow back)
• We never make your account automatically write status, other applications might do that
• We only do retweet, so that the source can still be accountable


5. What if I do not want to follow certain accounts automatically?
If you do not want to follow certain accounts (your ex account, your boss accounts, etc.), do not unfollow, but block them thus reducing the risk following ratio in your account


6. I want to un-follow back those who un-follow me, how?
We do not provide facilities un-follow back automatically, such kind of services can be found on other application such as http://unfollowers.me/


7. My account got suspended after using ivesqy, why?
• You un-follow other twitter account
• You sign up to other Free Follower services, so your following ratio reach it's limit
• You register-delete-register-delete-... our application too often
• New account / fake account


8. I wanted to stop from this application, how?
Go to http://twitter.com/settings/applications, delete ivesqy :)


9. How to unsuspend an account?

10. My account suddenly locked out (Invalid Password salah or Reset Password)
If this happens, follow these steps

1. Go to https://twitter.com/account/resend_password
2. Enter your username/email then check your e-mail address
3. Open link on the e-mail
4. Change your password
5. Sign in to twitter using your new password
